Dataset license

Datasets delivered by Auraqu, Inc. are licensed for internal use by the subscribing entity only. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing requires prior written consent. Datasets may be used in investment research, risk models, and internal reporting. Citation in published research requires attribution to Auraqu, Inc. and the relevant panel (e.g., "Brand Partner Index, Auraqu, Inc., Q2 2026").

No investment advice

Auraqu datasets are primary research data products. They do not constitute investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell securities, or any form of regulated financial service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
